Film can make voices and relationships harder to dismiss than paper alone. It can also be the wrong tool. A short note for counsel weighing fit, forum, and strategy, without promising outcomes.
Character letters and mitigation film: complements, not substitutes
Letters and memoranda remain central. Video, when used, should reinforce the written record under attorney direction, not replace it or invent what the file cannot support.
