Agreement

By using https://atomicfoxmitigation.com (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Questions: samson@atomicfoxmitigation.com.

Not a law firm

Atomic Fox Mitigation is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this Site creates an attorney client relationship. Mitigation films are produced under attorney direction; counsel remains responsible for strategy, filings, admissibility questions, and whether any film is used.

No outcome guarantees

We do not guarantee that any film will be admitted, viewed, persuasive, or determinative of an outcome. Results depend on the case, forum, local practice, and counsel’s judgment.

Site content

Site content is for general information about our services. It may change without notice. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that the Site is complete, current, or free of errors.

Inquiries and engagements

Submitting a consultation or sample access request does not create a binding production engagement. Scope, fees, timelines, and confidentiality expectations for any engagement are set separately in writing with counsel.

Intellectual property

Site design, text, and branding are owned by AFM or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse Site materials for commercial purposes without permission. Client films and related work product are governed by the engagement terms with counsel.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AFM is not liable for damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on Site content. Production engagements are governed by their own agreements.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AFM principally operates, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory local law applies.

Updates

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
