Who we are

Information we collect

When you contact us (including via the contact form), we may receive your name, email address, phone number, and any case or inquiry details you choose to share. The current contact form opens your email client (mailto) and does not store submissions on our servers. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you send.

The public site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate usage, including successful consultation and private-access form submissions. Google may receive technical usage data as described in Google’s policies. We do not load Google Ads conversion tags from this site.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to consultation or sample access requests, to discuss potential engagements, and to maintain records needed for those conversations. We do not sell personal information.

Case materials and confidentiality

Materials counsel share in connection with a matter are treated as confidential and handled under attorney direction. We do not publish client films as public marketing. Private sample access for attorneys is arranged discreetly upon request.

Sharing

We do not share inquiry or case materials with third parties except as needed to operate the engagement (for example, production collaborators under appropriate confidentiality expectations), as required by law, or with counsel’s direction.

Retention

We retain inquiry and engagement related information only as long as needed for the purpose collected, legitimate business records, or legal obligations, then delete or archive it appropriately.

Your choices

You may email us to ask what contact information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion where applicable. Counsel remain responsible for client confidentiality obligations on their side.

Updates

We may update this policy as our practices or tools change. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
